Icon Set Design

This project was to create an info graphics icon set of 6 foods I enjoy eating. 

There are various icon styles and I started my research by looking at different icon styles.

Then the style that I found interesting was broken line icons with the background. After this I created a mood board for the chosen style. Then I made some sketches of the icons and selected background color that would relate to the particular food.

While doing this project I got a understanding on how to create simple and uniform set of icons that can be used on various platforms. I enjoyed the process of creating broken line art icons and experimenting with shades of colors.
