HONRADO VINEYARDS
Situated in Alentejo, Portugal, Amphorae Wines has been producing wine for more than 2,000 years. They say the traditional process is “how the Romans used to do it.” This film is meant to feature their unique and timeless craftsmanship.
I lived there for over a month immersing myself and registering every step of the process, from the harvesting of the grapes to the packing of the bottles. The job was not only to promote their wine, but also to keep an accurate record of this ancient culture.
