This is a multi-use wood seat. The seat is 18 inches tall, constructed with basic wood joinery(half-lap and mortise&tenon). The sitting surface is created by two shaped bars to achieve for maximum efficiency of the material, meanwhile the space exposed becomes a storage space for temporary use.

Wood used for this seat comes from the ''Witness Tree Project'', a collaboration project between Rhode Island School of Design and National Park Service. They come in as eight 1''*0.75''*28'' pieces.
