Studio PICKO produces stop-motion animations with 3D printing. We seek a unique style of animation that uses figures from 3D printers to create each scenes from stop motion animations.

MAKING OF AKKU . . .

To avoid the complexity of the animation, the characters and backgrounds were designed with a small number of 'voxels' (the 3D concept of pixels). The 1mm³ voxel also plays a very big role in animation, and it's a philosophy of Studio Picko that focuses on small details.

애니메이션을 복잡하게 느껴지지 않게 하기위해 캐릭터, 배경 모두 최소한의 '복셀(픽셀의 3차원개념)' 로 디자인 됩니다. 1mm³ 크기 한개의 복셀도 애니메이션에서는 매우 큰 역할을 하며, 이는 작은 디테일에도 심혈을 쏟는 픽코 스튜디오의 철학입니다.
