At CBRE my job was to design creatives for RFP's (Request for Proposal) and OM's (Offering Memorandum). On occasion I was tasked to create logos for the subject property to enhance value. I did this for two teams NRP-West and Multi-Family SoCal. Here is a sample of those projects.
