AFROPUNK: Salvador 2020

In 2019 I had the opportunity of meeting the CEO of Afropunk and talking with me about the situation of Brazil (in the music scene), he were thinking about launching a pre event for the launching of AFROPUNK SALVADOR in 2020, so I decided that as a black woman that works with content and advertising that I should be a part of that.

Talked with my agency's head of content at the time about the possibility of doing something with them in a pro-bono style but they declined the idea, so I've decide to create a plan of action not only for this pre lauching event but for the whole event in Salvador all by myself.

I've created a perfect moodboard that the festival would encounter and also see with us brazilian folks - EXTREME JOY and ASÈ.
I've created an editorial cronology, pillars for footages with dates to start, pushs in social media (and other formats), and visuals for them to see the formate of the content that would have the face of Brazil on their social platforms along with the artists they've choosen.

Sadly, with COVID-19, the festival changed, but my work is done and it was beautiful to be a small part of that.
