I love to find order. In this crazy journey we call life, I am unapologetic for my "helper instinct." I am a born assistant. I enjoy helping others in the working environment or life in general. 

I  I tend to volunteer to do the CMS for most companies I work for because I built them in the early years. (It comes very easy to me) 

I found there were limitations with the particular CMS we were using so I did some of the Frontend Design - with a little HTML.
Later,I had colleges come to me and asked me how I did it. (Ahh Shucks) I set up times and met with members of the different global teams when we weren't busy...Or when we could carve out a half hour. I did a few tutorials and help others in the company perfect their community communication in the company. 

I also really love doing it.  It is so fun to see what you can do. I love to be a Geek.
