CNC Machining and Programming- Cutting multiple parts in one setup

 • Cut multiple parts in one setup on the CNC machining centre

 • Drew the project in Solidworks and imported it on Mastercam to be programmed

 • Verified output G-code file for correctness and accuracy before cutting

 • Followed safe work procedures developed for the lab and all machines

 • Programmed the three parts with different height offsets which enabled me to learn new features of Mastercam such as Transform Toolpath and Dynamic Optirough

 • Applied existing knowledge on programming the part with the use of the following      commands and features on Mastercam such as:

              -Facing

              -Roughing and Finishing

              -Drilling

              -Tapping

              -Thread Mill

              -Chip Break

              -and more...

 • Demonstrated an ability to use correct speeds and feeds on every single toolpath of the process
