TRADITIONAL MONGOLIAN PAINTING

The Culture of Mongolia has been heavily influenced by the Mongol nomadic way of life. Other important influences are from Tibet, China, Russia and Europe. Hence,Tibetan Buddhism and nomadism is visible in Mongolia's paintings, music and literature.

Traditional painting classes were possible on my trip to Mongolia this summer (July 2013)
I made the most of the two weeks I had, to learn the new art form as well as travel around the vast
untouched yet unbelivably beautiful country. Would love to visit again!
