Our class project is exploring the four Symmetry operations through Reflection, Rotation, Translation, and Glide Reflection. We are challenged to photocopy found objects and manipulate them through Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. I have chosen two tiles I made in ceramics class at Johnson County Community College. My inspirations is mostly from India culture and music, I try to influence my work from a Sari fabric and temple architectures. My planning and developing ideas are in this link.

Reflection: Object is mirrored creating a perfect symmetry.
Rotation: Object is repeated multiple times at 45* in a circular motion.
Glide Reflection: Object is repeated and overlapping each other.
Glide Translation: Object is mirrored and facing opposite direction.
