Persian Shirins are a series of illustrations of all the women who have been drawn in the book of Qajar Persian Paintings. These women were all in the king’s castles to entertain him while being the main subject of their paintings. Redrawing these paintings in a new style is just a reminder of the discrimination hundreds of years ago and how we are witnessing this oppression against women in a new way at this age and era.
