Tangō is a sensory analysis brand that specializes in providing dessert tasting services based on the five senses. Not just five senses, Tangō relies on high-quality testing procedures which explore the often overlooked scientific wonders of desserts. tangō is more than just a sensory analyst, it is an active workshop that continues to fulfill your confectionery curiosities.


Tangō is derived from the word ‘tongue’ to represent the role of the brand of tasting desserts. The five colours were chosen to symbolize the five senses (taste, sight, smell, touch, hearing) in the process of evaluating a dessert. It also rhymes with the word ‘tangy’ (sweet and sour), to represent my speciality in tasting desserts.

T = taste (a small portion of food or drink taken as a sample)
A = auditory (relating to the sense of hearing)
N = nasal (relating to the nose)
G = graze (touch or scrape lightly in passing)
O = ocular (of or connected with the eyes or vision)
