Twinmotion Community Challenge –One ARCHICAD model, any environment
Equinoccio Sur is my entry for the #TwinmotionChallenge featuring the ARCHICAD 20 signature model by Len Lye Centre New Plymouth New Zealand Designed by Patterson Associates.
The building fulfills the function of amplifying the urban space, providing an alternative for the interaction between humans and nature, a contemporary sanctuary whose elements transcend between the organic and the manufactured, unusual materials that provide a futuristic aesthetic.
the place is made up of two main spaces: an internal pool where trees grow from its interior; followed by a wide space for art exhibition.
the work uses a brutalist architectural style together with elements such as copper and glass patterns to provide effects of light, dynamism and optics within the gigantic glass structures on the surrounds.
