Driven by a need to power portable units, this product was born to a very specific market requirement. It has to be portable, charge handheld systems within a specific time and also be handy enough to be carried around. The core power storage utilises a Li-Ion battery.
Scope of work: Casing design, detailing, prototype supervision and assembly
This one is the molded casing concept.The interface was kept as simple as possible, looking at the rural end-user.
In order to speed up implementation, a metal enclosure was designed. This one is designed with 2mm Aluminium sheet bent as 2 complementary pieces which fit as a box.

This one is designed as a fully portable system with the solar panel fixed in the portfolio case. Refer the picture below. This was the proof of concept done for a customer. It used an 18AH SMF battery.
