THE PROJECT
So after receiving one too many project inquiries for animal products,
I decided it was time to cut the crap, smell the roses, and start aligning
my personal values with the animation work I choose to put out there.
That meant reaching out to non-profits like The Vegan Society in the UK
and seeing if they had any projects coming up they'd like to collaborate on.
And sure enough, they did!
The Vegan Society's Teen Hub is a platform where vegan-curious teens
can get information and support on how to adopt a cruelty-free lifestyle.

FINAL TEEN HUB CAMPAIGN FILM
Here is the video we created for the launch of the campaign and website.
I'm really proud of it, especially because everyone involved did it voluntarily.
My hope with this is that it will encourage teens to empower themselves!

STORYBOARD
We wanted this video to be impactful yet digestible, given the target group.
So I planned lots of centered compositions and fun, simple transitions!
ILLUSTRATION
I love a bold, limited color palette. And lucky me, The Vegan Society
already had some pretty kick ass branding colors to choose from!
I also had a lot of fun coming up with the character designs below.
ANIMATION
We knew from the beginning that we wanted the video to feel empowering
for this young generation of new activists, but also to act as a reminder
that something as simple as changing our habits can have a huge impact.
And can start a chain movement!
