Sharpness is a Bourgeois Concept

This is a small collection of experimental pictures taken with a 1930's Baby Box Tengor box camera found in a friend's basement. The camera is not in tip-top shape, and the lens was quite dirty. At the time I took these pictures, I did not have the technical know-how nor the materials to clean it properly.
This camera uses discontinued 127mm film. The black and white pictures above were taken with 127mm film that expired in the 1980s. The color pictures below, my personal favorites, were taken with 35mm film attached, very sloppily, with double-sided tape to the leftover paper from the black and white film (127mm film is supported with paper, like 120mm film). The bending of the film inside the camera gives these pictures their eerie warped quality.
