Throughout our times working from home during COVID, we were trying many things to keep our employees engaged. Since most of us were glued to our tvs, we thought a fun way to interact with employees and get a little competition going (that is the TQL way) would be to start a TV Bracket where everyone would vote on what is worth the binge. We continued the bracket competition format after we saw the high employee participation.
