The Center for Children & Youth Justice recently launched the
Justice League, a unique philanthropic membership. The funds
donated to the Justice League will empower CCYJ to improve
youth justice and foster care systems in unprecedented and
dramatic ways in Washington State. CCYJ asked me to design
an emblem, a monogram (primarily for member lapel pins)
and an attractive purpose statement distributed at an inaugural
meeting of core donors. Soon after launch, the organization had
raised substantially more than they ever anticipated and planned for.
