The resident of Puerto Rico is Francisco De Armas. He was enrolled to Bentley University, in Waltham, Massachusetts, following his graduation from Colegio designed to transfer. and ended his Bachelor of Accounting Science in 1991.
In 1992, he was accredited to New Orleans, Louisiana's Tulane University of Law School. He was made a Doctor of Law in 1995 and became a certified Professional Public Accountant (CPA) in the same year.
