MoodBoard: Mainly looking at different ways the land could be structured close to Norway. As the idea of this drawing was inspired from How to train your dragon.
Some progress shots, at first I still wasn't quite sure how this was going to turn out. I would add pieces here and there some times it would look right and others not... There was very experimental. Using colours from my moodboard also helped bring the mood of the final out come.

If I were to paint something like this again, I would give a little more emphasis on the little town in the cliffs as they are almost camouflaged with the environment.
