In 2018, I had a unique opportunity to photograph churches in the North Rhine-Westphalia state in Germany. The Evangelische Kirche in Deutschland are incredible hosts and their churches are beautiful and rich. I was surprised at the variety from grand Cathedral to humble village church. The tours also included buildings owned by the Catholic church in Germany.
