The flatpack chair was designed to lay completely flat for packaging, with a maximum thickness of one inch. Although this was its ultimate goal, it was also made to be an interesting and structurally sound use of OSB, which is neither structural nor considered beautiful (although I beg to differ).

The piece was designed in AutoCAD to fit onto a third sheet of OSB and cut by a waterjet.
