River home an upcoming French brand specialising in furniture and home decor was faced by a massive challenge, it had its values and beliefs set, yet they were not able to connect to the people. It focused on design and production of home decoration – customised and unique pieces of high quality that are eco-responsible. Despite this they could not see a significant response from the target audience.
The problem was that River Home as a brand was not able communicate with its target audience
Followed by an extensive research and market study, we decided build a stronger social media presence of the brand in order to connect directly with the market.
The final solution proposed was a social media plan which would run for a month every quarter focussed solely on communicating directly with the audience.
