EPISTÊMICO - Collage Animation Movie

I find it interesting to think that you can resignfy one work of art with another, and this is nothing new, the surrealist collages were not the first either. And this resignification was done on a large scale in the movement called Pop Art, but with different goals. I thought of this piece from a reflection on Vaporwave ( renaissance statues are always found in this aesthetic or movement), which appropriates two past times to create a new image.
This temporal distortion in art also reminded me of some games that use an aesthetic that is considered past, but with a post-apocalyptic script (widely appropriated by futuristic fiction), like Hyper Light Drifter (just from the presentations you can already tell).
Maybe this helps to understand why they use two works of art (the sculpture "David" by Michelangelo and a picture of the same sculpture) to create a third one that adds movement and music to the whole to put it in a different place, but I do not know that place yet, and I am really not too worried about it.
Anyway... Michelangelo might have liked to make digital art.
