The brief for this project was to design a lamp that could be sold in IKEA that could be flat packed, was made sustainably and cheaply, and was also suitable for any home space.

 

My final design - Lämp - fits all of these criteria. It is made from paper and plywood, both very sustainable materials that are easy and cheap to process and shape, it is a simple shape to flat pack and assemble, and is also comfortably minimal therefore fits into almost any home space with ease.
