CASE STUDY: CLAIRE TOW THEATER (LCT3)

  • A study of understanding the building structures, construction, and various building systems that are present in the Claire Tow Theater (LCT3) at the Lincoln Center.  For the first half of the project, we began with studying and modeling the structure of Claire Tow Theater and Eero Saarinen’s Vivian Beaumont Theater as the existing building where the new structure sits on its roof. The second part was we studied and put various systems that appear on the building into the building model.
