Kale me now is one of the mockup branding projects I did for my university assignment. The previous designs looked outdated so I decided to redesign the project but I still used the same colour palette. Kale me now is a vegan cafe located in Melbourne.
The aim of the design is to create a more playful version of the minimalist and trendy vegan cafes which are on the rise of popularity in Melbourne. Kale me now is inspired by the phrase "kill me now" so the edge of the knife logo is changed to the outline shape of kale. Lavender colour is added to the typical green and yellow colour palette to give it more vibrance. The food illustrations and colour palette brighten up the brand image and would stand out more.
