REFURBISHMENT OF THE OLD RICH'S FACTORY

Description: After years without being used, the group of buildings that made up the old Rich’s factory is cleaned, its image is considerably improved and it is modified to make necessary spaces for the neighbors. There are no longer any degrading elements that deteriorate its appearance and it is now a desirable and meeting place.
The key to the intervention, in addition to rehabilitating the existing, is to unite both pieces with a curved element that functions as an entrance, distributor and assembly hall. A covered space for the enjoyment of both pieces.
