Embroidered Surfaces on Waste Fabric

HAND EMBROIDERED SURFACES
The brief was to create a range of hand embroidered surfaces on waste fabric (provided by the client).
The designs were to be such that could be incorporated easily into a variety of products.
The designs were developed keeping in mind the skills of a previously trained group of first generation artisans
who would be able to execute production orders for the same.
Floral: The design can be expanded lengthwise and widthwise, depending on the product
Geometric: A collage of simple geometric textures that can be expanded in any direction, symmetrically and asymmetrically
Tribal: A collection of motifs created with a combination of applique and embroidery, can be incorporated as per product surfaces
Climber: This one was developed to be incorporated onto any kind of striped fabrics to extend lengthwise depending on the product
