“Duck pond” acrylic plein air painting. I started this one on 3 June from direct observation at one of my favorite places near home this year in Udelniy park. This place is very popular, I bet you can see this on video how many people walk here to feed ducks and ducklings.

That time I took with me an easel, acrylic paints, and middle grained linen canvas 12x16 inches. As long as I painted light changed dramatically and very fast, I was on a point about 1,5-2 hours ‪from 7 to 9 p.m.‬ And I took a couple of ref photos with different lights (it was a golden hour when I was here) so I finished this piece at home with common light as I remembered it.
It was a great experience, a bit stressful but so much satisfying to be able to paint this place🤤
