Building on the Kelly Wearstler’s ongoing exploration of materiality, color, forms
and an intuitive juxtaposition of contemporary and vintage, graphic and instinctual,
the Invitation Card is a combination of incompatible pieces, architectural and organic,
classic and contemporary.
Kelly Wearstler is famous for her ability to play around with a variety of styles. This was the idea behind a “type collage”.
The main aim of the project was to create an elegant invitation card for Kelly Wearstler's Gallery opening incorporating the designer's style.
